The Tamil Nadu Construction Academy (TAC) was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu to enhance the skills of construction workers. The Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) is a member of the governing body of the Tamil Nadu Construction Academy.
As part of the 7-day Skill Development Training Program for registered construction workers, the 12th batch and 13th batch sessions were successfully conducted at the Tamil Nadu Construction Academy in Thaiyur, near Chennai.
- On 21st April 2025, 96 participants
- On 31st May 2025, 60 participants
attended the sessions. Participants included bar benders and construction labourers from various districts across Tamil Nadu.
