400+ Civil Engineers Visit AMMAN-TRY’s State-of-the-Art Naidupeta Rolling Mill

AMMAN-TRY welcomed more than 400 civil engineers from across Tamil Nadu and Chennai to its state-of-the-art rolling mill in Naidupeta during a three-day factory visit held on April 24, 25, and 26, 2026. The initiative was organized to provide engineering professionals with firsthand exposure to the company’s advanced manufacturing technology, quality standards, and production excellence.

The visiting engineers represented various engineering associations and regions, including Kumbakonam, Jayankondam, Pudukkottai, Thiruthuraipoondi, Vridhachalam, Veppur, Thiruvaiyaru, Tirupathur, Dindigul, Lalgudi, Thuraiyur, Padalur, and the Metropolitan Civil Engineers’ Association, Chennai.

During the factory tour, participants received a comprehensive overview of AMMAN-TRY’s manufacturing processes and cutting-edge steel production technologies. Experts demonstrated the advantages of the Japanese KOBE High Speed Block Mill Technology, which plays a key role in producing high-quality TMT steel bars with superior strength, consistency, and performance.

Engineers were also briefed on:

  • The use of premium-quality raw materials.
  • Advanced TMT steel manufacturing processes.
  • The unique features and benefits of 550D TMT Bars produced using the LPLS (Low Pressure Low Stress) process.
  • Comprehensive quality control procedures and rigorous testing conducted at every stage of production to ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.

Following the factory visit, an Engineers’ Meet was successfully held at Hotel Kinnera, bringing together industry professionals and AMMAN-TRY’s leadership team for an informative technical session.

The event was graced by Mrs. Vanitha Somasundaram, Vice Chairperson, Mr. Pasur Natarajan, Executive Director, along with the company’s Deputy General Managers and Quality Control Manager. The speakers shared valuable insights into AMMAN-TRY’s commitment to quality, technological innovation, sustainable manufacturing practices, and customer satisfaction.

As a token of appreciation, every participating engineer received a complimentary gift bag, along with the company’s latest product brochure and technical catalogue.
