Fe 500d TMT Bars [“Fe" stands for Iron, “500” denotes the minimum yield stress and “D” denotes Elongation] are higher grade bars that are suitable for all type of constructions. AMMAN-TRY named the product as 500 D. It is made up of billets with low percentage of Sulphur & Phosphorus, which posses excellent bendability and require low power to bend the bar for construction purpose. Our “500 D” has high strength with higher elongation value, better ductility & resists earthquakes. At AMMAN-TRY, we follow the Tempcore Belgium technology in manufacturing the fe 500d TMT bars. AMMAN-TRY TMT Bars are ISI & ISO certified and are the best in quality.
SULPHUR & PHOPHORUS (S & P)
- Expert believes that these two chemical components (S & P) will easily affect the steel bars by reducing their elongation and bendability, by which the building’s life becomes a question.
- To overcome this, 500 D was introduced by ISI.
- Compared to the ISI standards, our AMMAN-TRY “500 D" are made of even less S&P components for getting the following advantages.
