The graduation ceremony for the four university-affiliated engineering colleges—Trichy Bharathidasan Institute of Technology, Ariyalur, Pattukkottai, and Thirukuvalai—was grandly held on January 11, 2025, in Trichy. We are delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Mr. M. Somasundaram, conferred degrees to the students during the event.
Graduation is a significant milestone for young graduates. They can choose to pursue higher education, gain industry experience, secure employment through campus placements, or start their own business.
Regardless of the chosen path, hard work and perseverance are essential. Time management plays a crucial role, but students tend to spend excessive time on social media. Every graduate, irrespective of their field, should work hard to achieve success. Engineers, in particular, possess exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure, making them high achievers across industries.
The event was attended by University Registrar Mr. J. Prakash, Controller of Examinations Mr. P. Sakthivel, Director of Colleges Mr. P. Hariharan, and Trichy Bharathidasan Institute of Technology Principal Mr. T. Senthil Kumar, who shared insights on the university’s achievements and future plans.
A total of 1,027 students received their degrees: 889 from Trichy, 52 from Ariyalur, 52 from Pattukkottai, and 34 from Thirukuvalai. Among them, university toppers K. Sharon Monisha and M. Akash were awarded gold medals, while 13 students received additional gold medals. 29 students were presented with university rank certificates.
