To encourage and motivate our sales managers, a three-day tour to Kochi was arranged from January 17 to 19, 2025, for over 200 sales managers and company employees. The participants visited popular tourist spots, including Guruvayur Temple, Chavakkad Beach, Naval Museum, Lulu Mall, Marine Drive Boat House, and Athirappilly Waterfalls.
On January 18, 2025, our Managing Director, Mr. M. Somasundaram, addressed the sales managers, inspiring them with his speech. He also recognized and appreciated outstanding performers among store managers.
Additionally, our Quality Control Manager, Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, provided an in-depth explanation of our TMT bars’ superior quality and Japan’s advanced “KOBE-BLOCK MILL” technology, along with details about structural pipes and tubes.
The top 15 performing sales managers were honored with gold coins.
We also promoted awareness about our official WhatsApp channel and social media platforms. Attendees received wristwatches, pens, keychains, brochures, and catalogues as gifts.
